Manny Pacquiao starts his High Altitude Training On Baguio

Starting today Manny Pacquiao starts his training with high altitude on Baguio for the preparation for his fight to Sugar Shane Mosley on May 7, 2011. On his first day of Altitude training Manny Pacquiao is very determined to trained very hard. He will be trained on a high Altitude weather on Baguio for 3 weeks. Manny Pacquiao do a lot of training from Jogging, Abdominal crunches, and Pliametric exercises, he do it all to maintain his stamina and to become more stronger. For his first week of training, Manny Pacquiao will focus more on his stamina and conditioning. The Pacquiao vs Mosley fight will be a great challenge to him because Shane Mosley is the type of fighter who will not get easily destroy in the fight.
